The dark gray 3M 5952F VHB ™ high-performance adhesive tape is especially suitable for powder-coated and low-energy surfaces.

Temperature resistance: -35°C / +120° C, short periods +150° C

Hints:
The dark gray 3M ™ VHB ™ high-performance connection system offers optimal adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. This new generation of adaptable high-performance adhesive tapes are also characterized by good impact resistance at minus temperatures and high instantaneous adhesion. This feature enables both thin and structured surfaces to be connected over the full area without tension.

The product is particularly suitable for low-energy surfaces such as:

  • most powder-coated surfaces
  • glass
  • many plastics high-energy surfaces

It is not necessary to use primer or to roughen the surface to be bonded beforehand.

Applications:
In electricalindustrie, electronics industries, aircraft construction, in the vehicle construction, in shipbuilding and rail vehicle construction, as well as metal construction.
